The Texas Notary Application has been made available on our website for your convenience.
To employees who submit new or renewal applications:
- The most recent version of the application can be found on this website.

- The application must be completed and signed by the applicant.
- Enter a new requisition in Tyler.
- The vendor to be used is 19875 - Notary Public Underwriters.
- The requisition detailed description must include your selection. Ex: Basic Notary Package/ Rectangular Self-Inking Stamp/ Blue
- Add a line item for Shipping & Handling (This amount changes over time)
- The application must be scanned into the requisition.
- Verify the scanned document is legible. Occasionally we have to follow up with the vendor on the status of the application. Please ensure the documents are in good order before processing the requisition. Any documents that are not legible; impossible or hard to read or decipher because of faded print, etc. should not be processed. A new clean copy will need to be scanned into the requisition.

- The timeframe for renewal applications is backlogged 2-3 months. Please verify your expiration date and submit your requisitions within the specified timeframe.
