Vendor Information
The Purchasing Department maintains a list of vendors who have requested that they be sent notices of solicitations. This bidders' list is categorized by description of goods or services available to Orange County. Vendors are encouraged to complete and return the vendors application form to be placed on the County's vendor listing. As a courtesy to vendors and as a means of encouraging competition, the Purchasing Department will attempt to send a notice of solicitation to appropriate vendors.
How to do Business with Orange County:
Orange County recommends the following suggestions:
- Obtain a vendor application to get on the vendor and bidder's list. You will need to download the following form to get on the vendor and bidder's list. If you have problems opening this form, right-click on it and save the file to your desktop. Once you have saved it to your desktop, you can double-click the icon from your desktop to open up the PDF document.
- Appointment hours: Tuesday through Thursday between the hours of 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. Orange County Purchasing, 714 Polk Street, Orange, Texas 77630. Phone: 409-882-7900.
