Orange County Health Services is currently in charge of administering the County Indigent Health Care Program. Individuals interested in applying for assistance may contact the office to request an application. Upon request, an application with an appointment notice for an interview will be mailed. The eligibility requirements are based on available income and resources. If an individual qualifies for assistance, medical and prescription assistance will be offered.
Orange County Human Resources is designed to facilitate working relationships with county departments concerning employment needs and plans, improve policies and programs, compensation analysis, employee benefits and related information and planning.
The MIS Department coordinates the efficient use of information through the development and maintenance of software on multiple computer systems. Provides training and technical assistance to computer end users. Supports and maintains all computer hardware and networking systems.

Our Mission at Orange County Mosquito Control is to promote the health, safety, and welfare of Orange County residents and visitors through a program of integrated pest management practices to control populations of mosquitoes that may become a nuisance or a threat to public health.
The Orange County Road & Bridge Department utilizes the unit system method of operation under the direction of a Professional Engineer. The department includes office staff, four precinct barns, maintenance shop, surveyor, sign operations, citizens collection station, and right of way.
